· Trap
· Skeet
· Sporting Clays
· Wobble Trap
· Wobble Skeet
· Duck Tower
· Trap from Skeet
· 27 Yard Crossers
Metro will offer prizes to the winning team, as well as one big grand prize at the end of the event on April 5th. The daily prizes will only be available for days when there are 12 or more shooters in the event. The prizes for the winning team will be as follows:
· 1 Beverage of Choice
· 1 Box of shells (Club’s choice)
· 1 Round of shooting
· 1 Bag of Peanuts or Chips
· 1 Candy Bar
Every week that you enter into the shoot it will be your responsibility to write your name down on the “Grand Prize Entry Notebook”. There will be a new page in the notebook for each week, and you should write your name in each week. Out of that notebook at the end of the event we will enter each and every name into a drawing for the Grand Prize, A 22” High Definition Flat Screen TV. If a shooter enters the event every week they will have their name in the drawing 22 times. Each time you shoot the entire series of games your name may be entered in the final prize drawing.
Team Captains will be the best shooters from the previous week. Each captain will be assigned a Playing card either a K, Q, J, 10, etc.. All of the other shooters will then draw from a pool of cards with those same face values to determine who’s team they are on. This prevents the ‘stacking’ of teams. For the first week we will pick captains either at random or by known ability.
First Saturday of every month Starting on
December 6th thru April 3rd
Available with lunch (Hotdogs, Sloppy Joes, Chili)
The meat shoots will need a minimum of 8 shooters with an entry fee of $3.00. The first three shots will be from the 18 yard line, unless you have won the event, then you will be moved back to the 24 yard line on the first three shots. Then if you win again from the 24 yard line you will be moved back to the 27. This game will be a follow the leader style game; If the first shooter only hits two targets the rest of the 7 people will only need to hit two out of the three targets as well. If any other shooter hits 3 out of 3 targets, anyone that has only hit two will be out automatically. At the end of the three target shoot, all remaining players will shoot again, One bird at a time, again follow the leader style. The first shooter that is still playing will pick the spot to shoot from for the single target shoot off’s. For the shoot off’s the game is essentially Missin’ Out. If you miss a target you are out unless all shooters miss their target as well.
The shooting order will be picked in the clubhouse before the squad goes out to shoot. When we get the minimum number of shooters signed up we will draw cards for shooting order. Going from high to low, High card being position 1.
Prizes will be posted on the day of the event. Winners will be able to choose which prizes they want on a first come first serve basis.
Other games will include:
1. Back Your Buddy

missing shooter to cover secretarial fees. Shooters can shoot ahead as far as
they like, as long as the rounds are shot by the due date in the book.
Handicap: The first round of league shooting will be shot with no
handicap. That score will be used to determine each individual’s handicap.
Handicap is figured by subtracting the shooters average from 24 then multiplying
the difference by 70%. No raw score plus handicap will exceed 24. Teams may
have up to 10 shooters, the 5 high scores count for score. All scores
count towards shooters league average.
Blind Score: The blind score for an absent shooter
will be a 15 with no handicap. No late scores will be accepted.
Trap & Combo leagues will shoot 12 weeks. The 6th and 12th
weeks of league will be position nights. On a position night the first place
team shoots against the second place team, the third place team against the
fourth, and so on. Teams still tied after position night will use the next
weeks score for a shoot-off round. Teams still tied at the end of the league
will shoot-off 50 targets.
Team standings will be 2 points for a win, 1 point for a tie, and 0 for a loss.
Awards: Trophies will be awarded to 1st place if there are only 4 teams. If there are 5 to 10 teams there will be trophies for 1st and 2nd place.
